Earlier this week, we hosted the Vū AI Summit at the Vū Tampa Innovation Center, bringing together creatives, technologists, and industry leaders to explore how AI is reshaping production workflows in real time across Vū Studio and Virtual Production environments.

The day featured thought-provoking sessions with experts like Miles Cable and Tim Baldini, who shared hands-on insights into integrating AI across creative pipelines, and fireside chats exploring AI in virtual production and enterprise workflows. Our other amazing speakers were Addy Ghani, Erik Weaver, Noah Kadner, Peter Frelik, Kevin DeLucia, and our very own Tim Moore.

But the heart of the summit was in the demo spaces. Attendees experienced AI in action:

• The Production Studio showcased simplified on-set workflows, highlighting tools that streamline production in real time.
• The Experience Zone explored interactive content and how AI is shaping the future of audience engagement, like our interactive experiences.
• The Workflow Workshop offered a deep dive into AI-assisted post-production workflows.
• The Intelligence Room gave a glimpse into agentic AI systems designed to take on more autonomous roles in creative processes.

Building on the conversations across Vū Studio and Virtual Production workflows, we used Vū Intelligence to generate a Vū AI Summit white paper directly from the talks and audience insights. The result is a real-time capture of the ideas, trends, and strategies shaping the next era of AI in creative production.
